Counting down... ~11 days more!

Dear All (my apologies to those who have been coming to my lifeless blog),

Finally (after almost a year!), I sat down and did something about my blog.

As many of you will know by now, I will be leaving for biblical studies at the US that will take 4 years. Thank God for providing and guiding me thus far, may His will be done in my life. God willing, I will fly in the wee hours of the morning on New Year's day (1st Jan 07). My flight is scheduled to take off 0655 at T1.
I will love to come back as much as I can afford to and will inform you if I do. Really hope I can use this blog to update all of you about my stay in the US. We must make the effort to stay in touch ok? I'm afraid the school's internet might have filtered this site out. If so, I will not be able to update you through the blog. Well, I will find other ways then =)

Covet your prayers as I enter the next phrase of my life that is less-trodden but yet exciting.
I know I will definitely miss my family, church and friends that have touched my life in one way or another and have been so dear to my heart!

A 'little' of my sharing to all before I go... =)
May we, who are in Christ get real with the Lord, move on to maturity and start serving Him wholeheartedly in truth with Godly fear. He has really done so much for our lives so therefore, let us not put His name to shame and live defeated lives. Let's live on a higher plane that God has meant for us to be on for He has said He will keep us by His power!

Hebrews 6:1
Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God

1 Peter 1:3-9
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, 8 whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, 9 receiving the end of your faith- the salvation of your souls.

1 Samuel 12:24
Only fear the LORD, and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.

As God has said in the bible: "Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts" in Hebrews chapter 4. So for my friends who have the knowledge of God in theirs hearts and have not come into a loving relationship with God, I will be praying for you as this is something in your life that will be so precious that you will be even willing to die for.
